Trying to decide if i should buy or not
I looked at a single family property the other day that will need about 50k-75k in renovations.
The arv will be around 525k and they would like to get 375k for it. I would be doing this as a flip,just trying to figure out if this is a good time to do this with all that’s going on right now.
