Seeking non-warrantable condo refi options in Atlanta, GA
As title states, I have 2 non-warrantable investment loans that I'd like to refi given rates are super low. Any and all referrals are welcomed. I bank with 8+ local community banks and non have/are currently doing this.

@Derek Jones Well, I've been working with my particular mortgage banker for over a decade. He's worked hard and well for my clients, myself, and all my referrals.
So, I now refer to him as my "Million-Dollar Money Guy!"
He's worth that to me and much more!
