Virus effect on real estate prices?
Hello,
I was wondering your thoughts on how this virus is going to effect the real estate market?
I have an off market deal looking to close in June, do you think I can make a lower offer due to the limited number of buyers? Or do you think that because interest rates are so low that everyone will be looking to buy? Just wondering your thoughts and thanks for reading!
