Looking to upgrade my portfolio
I currently own 3 SFR's in NY that cash flow together $2200 per month. Equity on all three is 350-375K. They are in a C- neighborhood. Looking to upgrade to B neighborhood. Any suggestions on multi family or commercial that would increase my cash flow. I am willing to go out of state.
