Qualifying for a home mortgage ~ $400k, $500k
Hello All,
Starting this discussion to see if I could get some guidance or answers regarding what is needed to qualify for a $400k home or a $500k home for two people. Seeking some answers possibly from a mortgage broker that I could call and discuss everything that would be needed, as far as down payment, household income, debt/income ratio, etc.
