Investing in New Haven CT
Hello,
I'm a New Haven, Connecticut resident interested in investing locally in a multifamily. How has Covid and our current reality affected the local market? Are there local resources that folks here would recommend that I explore? I've gotten the advice that this is a "bad time" to invest. What are your thoughts on that advice?
