I am currently employed as a project manager at a biotech company, have a great source of income, currently own a condo, and am looking to take my real estate to the next level. Hi @Andrew Freed welcome to BiggerPockets. We have a small community in the northshore that focus's on wealthbuilding through real estate investing. My team and I specialize in helping people invest in multi-family properties in MA and NH and we host monthly meetups under the name "Pints and Properties" we were hosting 3 a month in MA (Salem, Woburn, and Lowell) however we went virutal in March. We have a virutal meetup on the calendar for this Thursday. I myself own 27 units with my wife in the area and we own 70 units with partners in the area. Everyone on my team focus's on helping investors and most either own investment property or are working to buy some themselves.
