Finding contact information for off market owners

Hey BP, I hope everyone is doing well amongst these crazy times. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to get contact information for owners of single family properties? I am looking to reach out to some owners in my market and inquire if they are interested in selling their property. Side note- the owners of these single family properties are using their properties as investments.

I have used list source however the contact information isn't the best. Additionally I have been to some of the properties that I am interested in and asked the tenants if they wouldn't mind sharing their landlords information. I have received a few leads from this avenue but just wanted to see if you guys have any other suggestions on ways to go about this!

@Izaiah Barba  Check out this website for your state: https://publicrecords.netronline.com/state/NH

I scrolled down (under "Municipalities") and clicked on your city (Portsmouth), and then on the next page clicked on Portsmouth Assessor "Go to Data Online".  The website it directs you to allows you to simply search by address and pull up the property owner's name and mailing address.

Hope that helps!
