Phoenix area SFR purchase/flip
Hello All,
I am relatively new to real estate investing and need some local advice. I am in the process of looking for a flip/ primary residence that my family will live in for at least 2 years. I am looking in the Tempe, AZ area as they have a great down payment assistance program. Any suggestions on what I should be looking for. Been looking for 4/2 SFR in the area. Any information or advice is always appreciated. Thanks.
