Hey BP,

Can anyone recommend a private detective to help find contact information for a vacant property owner(s).    I have tried on-line with no success.  Since I live in Indianapolis, IN, I would prefer some one here in Indy.

There are about 945 things you can do before hiring a PI. Online records, tax records, skip trace, social media stalk, paid subscription to Spokeo, etc.
