Best way to search for oos. Apt complexes

I want to look for apt complex and I really don't care about location as much as finding a great investment with good cash flow. When people post about looking for oos properties they say to narrow it down to couple of city's but I am really open to any location. Is there a online resource for apt's or is just not done this away?

With apartments you are talking low volume and large transactions (relative to single family).  The game is about relationships, not web sites.
