Good markets for Properties Under $100k

Hi BP Community,

I am on the hunt for my next purchase and am looking for solid markets where it’s possible to pick up properties under $100k. Any suggestions? I will likely purchase this all cash.

Hi Shyam!  I am looking for almost the same criteria currently.  I have been looking in Memphis TN and Little Rock AR.  I have been reading a lot about Memphis particularly and I have a friend who invests in that market currently.  I think I am going to purchase a there shortly, once I am confident enough in the market and I find a good realtor and property manager.  Let me know what you think or if you have found any other good sub $100k markets.
