Wholesaling acquisition script

Anyone care to share an effective acquisition script. I plan on either mailing these or placing in mailboxes when I'm out looking for properties. Thanks

Not sarcasm - I'm also serious on the dis-service I think wholesalers do to sellers, most of who are at a disadvantage.

As a broker I'm required to disclose all pertinent info and I don't decide what the seller (or buyer) needs to know or not know.

I find all these traits sorely lacking in the few wholesalers I've turned in.  Which is I go by your heading, is your true intent.

If you actually invest and take title with real money and disclose - My apologies.
