Is Wholesaling a Good Option?

Hi! I help a Real Estate agent find properties for wholesaling by driving, finding houses that look beat up, and calling the owners to see if they are interested in selling. In seven months I've got 7 people interested in sealing but we only closed in one. I'm wondering if I need to do better or if I need to get on another line of real estate business. I would love to hear from you.

Why not get your RE license? Instead of helping this RE agent you could be helping yourself. Sounds like you're doing all the up front work anyway.
