Hi! I help a Real Estate agent find properties for wholesaling by driving, finding houses that look beat up, and calling the owners to see if they are interested in selling. In seven months I've got 7 people interested in sealing but we only closed in one. I'm wondering if I need to do better or if I need to get on another line of real estate business. I would love to hear from you.

@Daniel Panhwar Do you have any recommendations on how to make sure you are doing SMS right? I think I have an idea but I want to make sure.

Great question @Nick Troutman

@Anthony Gayden, I really like the way you are analyzing the situation, is a good way to see the situation from another angle, and it definitely got me thinking. It's awesome that you have savings to cover your expenses for 6 months.

Great question @Samuel Dumond! I'm also where you are in the journey. Currently, I'm reading " How to Invest In Real State the Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Getting Started" by Joshua Dorking and Brandon Turner.

@guifre Mora, do you have any suggestions on how to find good contractors that can help you determine how much repair will cost? - Thank you!

Hi! My husband and I are moving to El Paso, and we are hesitant to sell the house because our current home is by the new stadium. We want ro rent it out for a year or so and live on a rental in El Paso for that period of time. This would be our first rental property, and we don’t know if this is the best thing we can do. We are open to suggestions. Thank you all!
