I want to get opinions on the best west side suburbs to house hack a duplex in Cleveland to produce cash flow. I'm already working with a lender and agent who I've made offers with. The houses are just going so fast right now with little inventory, but I am ready to get into one. Any opinions or situations to look out for in these cities?
