Inspection report shared

Another learning moment. When ordering my inspection report it asked the name of my agent. I didn't know that the inspector would send them a copy of my inspection. My issue is that the agent is in the same office as the listing/sellers agent.

What's your concern, Mike?
You don't mention what state you are in, but here in Massachusetts we use designated agency quite often. If you are signed on with your agent as your designated agent, they have a fiduciary duty to you.
