100% rookie looking to invest in my first property heres my question me and my wife will be partners so is it easier for both of us to be on a loan or will it hinder us later for other loans our end goal is 20 doors.

If you can both qualify for the loans on your own, you should put one person on each property. You will be able to get twice the number of traditional financing loans with the lowest rates.
