Can someone please provide some guidance and insight on building a RE portfolio of SFH's and small MFH's. I really appreciate the rehab and resell of SFH's...personal preference. And I enjoy the concept of collecting 4-plexes that generate passive income.

If anyone operates this type of a model, would you please share some insight on how to make it work? Thanks in advance for the education.
