I did! I love everything they have done for me for free so I thought I would buy the book to support. I would say if you listen to the podcast regularly and read the forum posts and facebook group posts regularly you will not glean much more new information.

The Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat book by David Greene?  I listened to it on Audible and found it it to be a great book.  Highly recommended.  I liked his long distance investing book as well.
