MN Investment properties
Hi there,
My name is Ian and I am an investor in the Twin cities area, who is currently using house hacking to further my wife and my investment portfolio. I've lived in MN for about 11 years and my wife is has lived in the area her whole life. We are currently in the market for another multifamily property that we can owner occupy. We are interested in property managing in trade for housing and would love other's feedback on the idea.
