Las Vegas Bound! Neighborhoods?!

Hello! I’ve been looking into LVs market for a while. I notice it’s been definitely moving up. Anybody have certain neighborhoods for rental investments? I’ve looked around but the last REA left me hanging when I wanted to view properties!

I’m looking for mainly condos, minor fixer uppers, maybe townhomes? Let me know!
