I’ve been looking into different markets as I’m saving capital. I have some family that just moved to the Dallas area. What are some areas I should know about?

Hello! I’ve been looking into LVs market for a while. I notice it’s been definitely moving up. Anybody have certain neighborhoods for rental investments? I’ve looked around but the last REA left me hanging when I wanted to view properties!

I’m looking for mainly condos, minor fixer uppers, maybe townhomes? Let me know!

Thank you for that information! Money wise I have an idea on that plus funds saved. I will still need some type of lender for funds though.

One thing is finding the deals. Sometimes I’m not sure if I’m even doing the right research when it comes to homes. Things like the price, profitability, and so on.

I originally want to do a small rehab when I find the right home. I work in the laborers union so for me I’d do a lot of the labor. I have family who have construction businesses primary in RE as well.

I believe learning more about the deal is my thing before taking off.

Thank you! I’ve actually been just studying all that stuff for years! I might just have to go with a private lender just to get started.

I am definitely new to this but I'm trying to start out doing some small fix and flips. I have some decent knowledge when it comes to REI, but looking for someone with a little more knowledge on the fix and flip side of things. Also looking for someone willing to connect and talk about a small fix and flip project. I have a real estate agent with access to expired listings and plenty knowledge that my wife and I, have been working with for years. I also have some others willing to invest as well. I work as a union laborer so I do have experience with demolition and many other things that could save tons of money for this type of project. I have friends who are framers, concrete finishers, siders, electricians, plumbers and multiple others I can reach out to.

Shoot me some knowledge, suggestion, ideas. Anything is helpful!
