Seeking Title Recommendation in Ward County, Texas

I have a property that I am looking to buy and my current title company has been giving me the runaround. Would highly appreciate for any title recommendations in or around Ward County, Texas

What is the issue?  I have used Security in Monahans and they might be the only one actually in the county.  Others may indicate they can do it then farm it out through them.  Sometimes we just have to play nice to get a deal done in some of the lesser populated Texas counties as there "ain't nobody else"
