New to BP, Looking to BRRRR in Ohio. Where to start
I am relatively new to real estate. I did a fix and flip as a partner in Springfield MA but I am thinking about starting a rental portfolio in Ohio due to the lower price point and what Ive read about it being a high cash flow market. I am a little stuck on where I should start especially when it comes to finding an out of state deal. Would anyone be able to give any advice. Anything is appreciated!
