Hello Everyone, I closed on a property yesterday in Huntville and I am having trouble finding a contractor. This is my 2nd deal in alabama this year and I am looking to someone who I can use for the long term. Does anyone have someone they can refer?

One of my close friends is a wholesaler but he deals mainly in MA. I want to get into the Ohio market but I unfortunately don’t have any connections in the state. Does anyone have any recommendations on the best way to find a wholesaler in a new market?

@David Bardwell I know I’m a little late to the party since this was posted last year but do you know if there is any more upcoming meet ups. I am looking to learn a little more about the ohio market

I am relatively new to real estate. I did a fix and flip as a partner in Springfield MA but I am thinking about starting a rental portfolio in Ohio due to the lower price point and what Ive read about it being a high cash flow market. I am a little stuck on where I should start especially when it comes to finding an out of state deal. Would anyone be able to give any advice. Anything is appreciated!
