Asset Based Lender in NY?
Hello BP Community!
I am a recent college graduate and I am unable to meet the conventional mortgage requirements due to lack of employment history. I am looking to purchase a multifamily investment property that I will not be living in. I have 25% down, I was wondering if anyone has had any success with any asset based lenders who will lend based on appraisal and income of the property? Thanks for reading!
