Baltimore Area Fix and Flip Deals

Walker Diallo
Posted

Hello Everyone,

Has anyone noticed how the deals in Baltimore have become few and far between in the last few months. My company is looking to score our first property but we are having the hardest time finding a good deal. Has anyone experience this in the 21216, 21215 Baltimore area.

Thanks

 60k-80k in in 21215 or 21216

You need to lower your expectation, or wait for a year until inventory is up
