Hello all, I'm looking for my first duplex to house hack in! I'm currently pre approved for an fha 170k, 0 down. I wanted to find one in the outskirts or neighboring towns of Grand Rapids Michigan! There are some in the Heart of Grand Rapids but those ones look pretty rough. So if anyone can help me, it would be much appreciated. Thank you !
