Getting loans on investment properties in GA
Hello BP world! Im looking to get a loan on an investment property (duplex) here in North GA and need assistance on going about how to get the loan for the property.
I’ve spoken with one loan officer and they were telling me that I need to live in the property, in which I wasn’t planning on doing so.
May you guys give me some strategies or partner with (Agent) on this deal?
