Hello BP world! Im looking to get a loan on an investment property (duplex) here in North GA and need assistance on going about how to get the loan for the property.

I’ve spoken with one loan officer and they were telling me that I need to live in the property, in which I wasn’t planning on doing so.

May you guys give me some strategies or partner with (Agent) on this deal?

Hello All!! I’m a newbie in investing and looking to figure my next move in the ATL market. Would appreciate advice.

I currently have 2 Mobile Homes (renting out 1 and living in the other temporarily)

Have around 40k in Cash to invest (I would rather use other people’s money)

Bringing in 50k a year from 9to5

No debt with good credit score (700+)

My goal is to have rentals (SFH, duplexes, MH)

Hello I just purchased a Mobile home in a MHP and the MHP stated that I need to pay a deposit and lot rent. Does this sound off to anyone?
