tipping the title co?
At closing the other day , my lawyer ( first time using him) pulled me aside at the end, said it is usual to tip the title co. person $30 or $40 because he did such a good job on such short notice....anyone know if this is true?

Not true, it is only customary to tip the person whom first answered your question! :)
