Looking for Boise Investors
Hi All! My area has just gotten too expensive and I'm currently seeing cash flow of $50 per door max and CoC return of 4%. I have decided to look for out of state markets. The last deal I looked at was $325,000 with $92,000 down through closing and a cash flow of $225 a month so you can see why I want to change markets.
I am looking to the Boise market as climate wise, and neighborhood class wise it is similar to my local market.
I would love to be in touch with any local investors for some guidance, referrals, or general conversation.
I’ve never invested out of state before so this is a new venture for me. I’m looking to build a team and make connections both with fellow investors and contractors as well.
