Quit Claim Deed from LLC to Individual
We have a LLC In Which both my wife and I are the members. Our home is I. The LLC. We wish to close the LLC and do a quitclaim deed. Can I as a member sign for the grantor granting the home to myself as an individual? Or do I need to get someone else and assign them attorney in fact? Any ideas
