I am doing this to bring the title up to the living mans name to match the land patent An LLC or any BUSINESS/REAL ESTATE/COMMERCIAL PROPERTY pay property taxes as a TAXPAYER We are non tax payers so it's not about the shelter or taxes

We do plan to place it in Both our names. Just shutting down the LLC and we are both members so I didn't know if LLC (member John Doe) can sell it to John Doe and Mary Jane.

We have a LLC In Which both my wife and I are the members. Our home is I. The LLC. We wish to close the LLC and do a quitclaim deed. Can I as a member sign for the grantor granting the home to myself as an individual? Or do I need to get someone else and assign them attorney in fact? Any ideas
