The Grove Orlando Scam?

Hello BiggerPockets investors,

Have you invested in The Grove in Orlando? Is this a scam or a real investment opportunity? Has anyone worked with Lesley? Please let me know. Thank you very much!

The Grove is a turnkey short-term rental option. I have stayed there and it is a great place. I'm not sure how profitable it is. All the properties are listed on Airbnb they are managed by the building. I get the sense they may not be very profitable. Depending on what the price point is I think you could give a better return on investment in one of the other short-term vacation communities here in the Orlando area.
