Self storage syndicators ?

Looking to passively invest in the self storage space in the next 12 months and I'm interested in finding syndicators to help me get knowledgeable about the space.

I think its tough to get advice on particular syndicators. you just have to perform your own due diligence. Is google not producing results?

@Greg Dowell Cedar Creek Wealth is a great self storage operator with loads of experience and success in that asset class. They just opened their first fund. I have not personally invested with them but a couple of investors I talked to have been very happy with their performance.
