What's the best way to start networking??

What's the best way to start networking, and finding investors for syndications or members of your team such as mentors, contractors, brokers, mortgage brokers, and property management companies?  Any ideas on how to start building relationships with people in the real estate industry?

Attend networking events. Go to local reai events, and also some larger events🥰there are a ton of them in the fall that are national events as well.

Many can be found on BP classifieds.

Make a list of all the people you know and start networking THROUGH them!

You can't possible know everyone that your family & friends know, so start asking them:)

@Chris Seveney is right. Taking a step back, however, the first lesson is that you need to give it a shot. Try and fail. You're going to fail at least once, but the way to turn that around is by learning from your mistakes, adjusting your approach, and going at it again.

Add value to OTHERS. Newbies always come in with a mindset that they’re going to get a lot out of meeting new investors without giving. I know it may seem like there’s not much you can offer, but there is. Your curiosity for real estate can bring up tremendous opportunities even for experienced investors
