When conducting an analysis of the numbers and layout of a commercial real estate property, would it be advisable to engage the leasing broker representing the property, or should I seek to gather comparable data and financial information online independently?

@Timothy Christian Jr

You first should get the data from the property and then ask your broker if they have access to costar. If they do they can pull data for you and market analytics.

Of course there is a lot more that goes into it once you get that data but based on your question - that is how I would

Proceed.
