Analysis paralysis over CRE options/types

I'm currently a SFH investor looking to get into CRE (larger deals, economies of scale, etc) but I'm finding that there's so many different ways and asset types that it can be hard to focus on one route. Initially, I wanted to focus on multifamily but I'm also interested in self storage, NNN, small industrial. I know you can have success with any of the mentioned, but I would love some tips or to hear how some of you guys got in.

Multifamily, self storage and industrial are all deep pools.  You really need to pick one and study it to have any chance of being successful.

SFH is most similar to multifamily so perhaps you should start there.
