Commercial property management?
I'm about to buy a mixed use building in Franklin Indiana (just south of Indianapolis and Greenwood). It's on the main street running thru downtown. The first floor is retail frontage and the second floor is four apartments. Does anyone know of a good, local commercial property manager for the retail space, or one that can do both spaces?
