commercial property tax deed.
I bought a Commercial property Tax deed in AL and would like to start cleaning up but I don't know what to do .. am I entitle to everything there is inside the building? what's the law for commercial properties?

nothing too bad she climbed inside the dumpster to get out what she wanted , as far as i was concerned the house was abandoned and had been empty for 3 years. I spoke to the State and county office and they said it was sold as seen and i could do what i wanted with the house. Just got abuse from the previous owner and a long story why she had not been paying the Tax's on the property for a number of years.
