Elderly group home investment.
I am looking for someone who may be interested in giving a loan secured by property which is/ will be a working elderly group home. Anybody who has an interest in this kind of investment please feel free to respond. Group homes of this kind receive direct payments from the state. That's a pretty safe bet. This home is in northern NH.

@Thomas Gage Do you have any experience with this sort of business? Do you intend to operate the business or just own the real estate? What makes this particular property suited to this use? What modifications to the property are required? Why are you not going to a local bank with this opportunity?
