Hi all. I’m looking for someone to consult with regarding a potential MHC purchase. This would be my first acquisition. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Note that I am aware of the Mobile Home Park University course and plan on attending, but I don’t think I’ll get there in time for this property. Thanks again, Doug
