I have a friend looking for an attorney to help with the legal aspects of raising investment funds for the acquisition of a building for a gym in the DFW area. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all. I’m in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and I’m interested in investing in syndications. Any suggestions on how to find syndicators in the area? Thanks in advance for your help. Doug

Hi all. I’m looking for someone to consult with regarding a potential MHC purchase. This would be my first acquisition. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Note that I am aware of the Mobile Home Park University course and plan on attending, but I don’t think I’ll get there in time for this property. Thanks again, Doug

Hi all. If selling a house, are there restrictions against advising the buyer of certain lenders to use? My understanding is that this is restricted, but I can't find details. I've also heard that you can provide a list of available lenders so the borrower can choose so long as you don't steer toward one or the other. Does anyone know where I can find a sample lender list like this? Any help is greatly appreciated.
