Delaware Medical Office Building

Greg Devlin
Posted

I am invested in a grade A medical office building in Delaware, which I invested in 10 years ago. Cashflow is good, but some of the investors are nearing retirement age. We are trying to figure out if we should sell the building. Has anyone seen any Grade A medical buildings in Delaware recently sold?
