Hi Guys,

Wondering if anyone knows of a buy n hold commercial real estate calculator spreadsheet? I figure the expense items would be somewhat different than a SFR calculator. Thanks.

Hi Jose,

If you have the Excel skills, I highly recommend creating your own cash flow calculator from scratch (you can use an existing model as a guide). You will learn a ton about underwriting in the process.
