Sales Tax on Self Storage in Ohio

I am looking at purchasing a self storage facility in Ohio and am trying to figure out whether or not I have to pay sales tax on the rentals. Does anyone have experience with operating storage facilities in Ohio? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
