Project Management Software for Commercial/Developement

Hi I am embarking on my first commercial development project with my partners. I wanted to know if anyone can recommend a project management software that will allow us to track the budget, time, and project. I want to be able to see if a certain part of the project is taking longer than planned, Why? and the additional cost this is. Conversely, if we are moving faster, Why?
