What company did you use 

Hi all, I purchased and rehabbed a property. I am now selling it and the inspection from the buyer is showing asbestos on the pipes. This is an old house in NJ and is common in the homes. THe buyers are afraid and want me to fix the pipes in the basement. I believe my options are to cover the pipes or remove the asbestos. My question is what should I do. Looking for cheap and quick so we can close. Also if you know of a company in the northern NJ area. That would be great

I am selling my two-family properties and wanted to know what are you using to create the FSBO flyer. I want to drop in pictures, pricing, and even mortgage info. I also would like to do it in two languages.

The project is land development and dropping in 5 3-4 family homes.

Does home express lend in all 50 states. I never heard of them. 

Hi I am embarking on my first commercial development project with my partners. I wanted to know if anyone can recommend a project management software that will allow us to track the budget, time, and project. I want to be able to see if a certain part of the project is taking longer than planned, Why? and the additional cost this is. Conversely, if we are moving faster, Why?

I have a hard money loan and I need to refinance it into a 30 year loan. I was told that I can do this into an LLC. I do not know of any lenders that do this. Is there such a thing. I would prefer to refinance into my llc then it will not show up on my personal credit. Would love to know if anyone has done this and the plus and minus to it.

Hi Alex, The last time we communicated. I thought you were only doing the fix and flips in your area. Are you now branching out to other areas. If so, please advise what states.

Hi everyone, my property is in NJ and recently received violations for a garage that has 3 beams and three concrete walls. The inspector said knock it down or rebuild it. I was thinking of making it into a car port. I do not yet have any estimates. Can you share if it is cheaper to rebuild it as a car port or knock it down. One guy did tell me to haul away concrete is expensive. Someone else mentioned that I may need an architect to rebuild the garage.  Has anyone dealt with this.
